Instead of just presenting information, many in the media -- by choice of words in stories, titles on headlines--- attempt to manipulate the voting public's feelings about a particular issue, political candidate, or party. When this happens power is taken away from the people and seized by elites. The health of a democracy is endangered. Propaganda is used for power. A free and fair discussion of principles and ideas is shut down. Perception of reality is skewed.

Obama and media continue to push a cap-n-trade when all climate evidence against CO2-caused climate problem
"Cap and Trade" is really "Restrict and Tax" "Tax and Spend" is really "Tax and Steal" -- or to put it another way -- "Extort and Bribe".
